The chef Julien Duboué is continuously innovating in the french cuisine. He dreamed of a professional knife in the kitchen which portrays his cuisine and values: a performing working utensil, derived from the french professional cutlery, elegant and durable.

This professional kitchen knife with a Japanese style is the outcome of a true teamwork combining the vision of chef Julien Duboué, the sharp eye of the designer Christophe Guérin; and the savoir-faire of the french professional cutlery Tarrerias-Bonjean.
